Hybrid IRT Circuit of the Americas – Classic Sub 1800 by Elo ranks, December 2022

The tournament is closed and will be valid for the Classic FIDE Elo. It will take place on Saturday 10 and sunday 11 September of the current year.

• Colombia Headquarters: Local of the Peón Aislado Club in Medellín.

** New FIDE IDs will not be managed in this tournament. **

Competition system.

• It will be played under the Swiss system 7 rounds.
• The pace of play will be 30 minutes per player plus increase in 30 seconds from the first movement (Classic Rhythm).
• The waiting tolerance will be 30 minutes.

Categories.

ELO RANKS

• Sub 1800: Any player with an Elo lower than 1800
• Sub 1600: Any player with an Elo lower than 1600
• Sub 1400: Any player with an Elo lower than 1400
• Sub 1200: Any player with an Elo lower than 1200

Each athlete is guaranteed the conditions for the optimal development of their activity.:

• Accreditation and Certification by the Tournament authorities.
• Elo Report, Classic or Standard Mode.
• An electronic device prepared for competition or its replacement in case of failure.
• Auxiliary Board to reproduce your movements.
• Access to rest areas, analysis and preparation.
• Free access to hydration and snacks between games.
• Main feeding during breaks and intermissions.
